About MeI am a PhD candidate in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Immediately prior to Madison, I was pursuing a joint-PhD in History & Philosophy of Science and Cognitive Science at Indiana University Bloomington.
My primary areas of philosophical interest are the philosophy of science (especially the philosophy of cognitive science and biology) and ethics (especially technology, biomedical, and business ethics).
My dissertation concerns how scientific models represent and explain phenomena.
I have fifteen years of experience teaching philosophy courses at multiple colleges and universities.
